Description

General Service Administration is soliciting proposals to bird proof the girder structure and pillars infront of the Reynaldo B. Garza and Filemon B. Vela Courthouse located at 600 East Harrison, Brownsville, Texas. Work should consist, but not limited to installation of bird wire on all flat horizontal surface of the girder structure. The girder will have to be enclose with 3/4" bird netting on backside of gap and between beams. Pillars metal support shall have 3/4" bird netting inside cavity (front & back), 7 typical to keep pigeons from roosting and bird wire place on the base of the pillars. This procurement will be advertised on a restricture basis as a Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS for this procurement is 561710 with a Small Business Size Standard of $6.5 million.
