Description

The Department of Health and Human Services, Indian Health Service, is seeking two (2) new phone switches that shall provide Voice-Over-IP (VoIP) and the hardware necessary to run the system. A VoIP phone system shall include all equipment, software, phones, installation and warranty. Each user will have voice mail box and the ability to have multiple lines at their phones for conferencing, etc. New network core switch shall be capable of in-line power to supply power to the VoIP phones. The contractor shall be responsible for all work, including labor, materials, products, tools, engineering testing, transportation, per diem, taxes, and installation. The contractor shall furnish fully qualified trained personnel to perform the project. The two projects are to be completed in Riverside, California and Elko, Nevada.
