Description

The Bureau of Labor Statistics intends to award on a sole source basis under Simplified Acquisition Procedures with Bell & Howell Mail & Messaging Tech. 3501 S Tricenter Blvd Ste B, Durham, North Carolina 27713-1868 to provide 2006/2007 maintenance on the Bell & Howell Mailstar 775 Inserting and Mailing 775 Inserting and Mailing Machine, Serial No. 47-1297; maintenance renewal for equipment purchased in previous years. Total cost for this requirement NTE $26,000.00 This notice of intent is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If there are no affirmative written responses received within (7) calendar days from the published date of this notice, The Bureau of Labor Statistics will proceed with the awarded. This notice is for information purposes only. No solicitation will be available.
