- The purpose of this announcement is to transmit the Request For Offer for TMA Program Support Services. This will be an unrestricted competitive acquisition. Solicitation No. 5187 initially advised industry of this acquisition on 13 October 2006. The Section C Statement of Work attached to this announcement supersedes any prior Section C Statement of Work. Contract award is projected for December 2006. This Request For Offer is not a promise to award a contract. The Government will not pay for any costs associated with a response to this Request For Offer. The SOLICITATION NUMBER for this Request For Offer is DTFAWA-07-R-000TMA.
