- The 96th Contracting Squadron, Eglin AFB, Florida intends to solicit and award a Time-and-Materials Contract for Maintenance Services, Support, Engineering and Miscellaneous other Services in support of an F16 Avionics Test Station. THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT TO LOCKHEED MARTIN BASED ON PROPRIETARY SERVICES. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. The Government will consider all quotations received 2 days after date of the publication of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The announcement number is F1T0CY6286A100. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 488190, with a Small Business size standard of $6,000,000.00. The requirement consists of the following: CLIN 0001, One, EA. MAINTENANCE SUPPORT, SERVICES, ENGINEEERING TO INCLUDE ON CALL SUPPORT, SYSTEM UPGRADES, SOFTWARE UPDATES, CONFIGURATION CONTROL AND MAINTENANCE SUPPORT FOR THE ATS SYSTEM IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATEMENT OF WORK (DATED 24 APRIL, 2006). PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE BASIC YEAR AND FOUR OPTION YEARS. INCLUDES: ALL SUPPORT, EXPENSE BREAKDOWN REQUIRED. ALSO INCLUDES MAINTENANCE INSPECTION AND DATA REPORTS ON A MONTHLY BASIS. MISCELLANEOUS EMERGENCY, CONTINGENCY AND OVER TIME COSTS. PARTS AND MATERIALS ALL WITHIN ACCORDANCE OF THE PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT. THE CURRENT TIME AND MATERIAL RATES UNDER THE FALCON 20/20 CONTRACT, F42620-01-D-0058 SHALL BE UTILIZED FOR THIS EFFORT AND ARE ATTACHED IN SECTION J. THIS CLIN ASSUMES 80 HRS OF LM AERO SUPPORT PER QUARTER. ALL TIME PRICES ARE BASED ON HRS OF LM AERO SUPPORT. CLIN 0002, One, EA. (1), TRAVEL AND REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES FOR A MAXIMUM OF 4 ANNUAL TRIPS TO EGLIN AFB WITH TWO TECHNICIANS FOR 5 WORKDAYS. ALSO INCLUDES MAINTENANCE INSPECTION DURING SITE VISITS AND DATA REPORTS ON A QUARTERLY BASIS. MISCELLANEOUS EMERGENCY, CONTINGENCY AND OVER TIME COSTS. PARTS AND MATERIALS ALL WITHIN ACCORDANCE OF THE PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (DATED 24 APRIL 2006). PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE BASIC YEAR AND FOUR OPTION YEARS.
