- (1) P Presolicitation Notice (2) October 23 (3) 2006 (5) 80840-2315 (6) J (7) Operational Contracting Officer, 8110 Industrial Dri., USAF Academy, CO 80840-2315 (8) Maintenance of the exercise equipment at the Base Fitness and Sports Center. The Center is located in the Community Center area of the installation. (9) FA7000-07-T-0003 (10) November 1/November 14 (17) Operational Contracting has a requirement for a firm to maintain the exercise equipment in the Base Fitness and Sports Center in accordance with a Statement of Work. This is a nonappropriated fund purchase and it does not obligate apropriated funds of the United States Government. Nonappropriated funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. This purchase does not involve federal tax dollars. (The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest price, technically acceptable responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Technical acceptability and price, when combined, are equal. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers. Award will be made on the basis of determining the technically acceptable offer with the lowest evaluated price which meets or exceeds the requirements in this document. To be considered technically acceptable an offeror must be able to provide documentation which substantiates the service technician(s) are qualified to service and maintain the equipment identified in the statement of work. The NAICS for this acquisition is 451110 and the size standard is $6,500,000 in annual revenue. Women owned and small disadvantaged businesses are encouraged to submit offers. This acquisition is set aside 100% for service-disabled veteran owned small businesses. The solicitation will be electronically available through this web site.
