The work consists of constructing and developing potable water wells. Work may include drilling two test wells, one at an estimated depth of 340 feet and the other at an estimated depth of 200 feet, developing both test wells or abandoning both test wells (as required by Oregon law), or a combination there of. The NAICS Code is 237110. Project site is located in Umpqua Resource Area, Douglas County, Coos Bay District, Oregon. Project price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Estimated start work is January 8, 2007, and performance time is 45 calendar days. Bonds are required - Bid Bond: None; Performance Bond: 20%; and Payment Bond: 100%.
