- This is a Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. SPAWAR Systems Center ??? San Diego (SSC-SD) is seeking competitive quotations for 15 each Stretch Marine Net 30" x 30" x 8'6"; 10 each Stretch Marine Net 30" x 30" x 8'2"; 15 each Stretch Marine Net 30" x 60" x 8'6"; 3 each Stretch Marine Net 30" x 60" x 8'2". Drawings will be provided upon written request to phyllis.j.berg@navy.mil. Award will be based on an all or none technically acceptable basis. "Numbered Note 1 applies. All offers received on or before the due date of October 30, 2006, will be considered by the Government. E-mail or facsimile quotations are acceptable and must be received on or before the due date. Quotations may be sent to phyllis.j.berg@navy.mil or faxed to 619-553-9068. Technical questions must be e-mailed to purchasing agent no later than five business days prior to the closing date of this announcement.
