Description

The Government intends to award a sole source contract to Big Byte.CC, PO Box 81200, Albuquerque, NM 87198. This award will be for the rental of network and computer rack space, data circuitry, air conditioning, power and backup power, and tier 3 security, to include camera monitoring, at the contractor's facility located at 123 Central SW, Albuquerque, NM 87102. The Government has immediate need for this requirement. Therefore, vendors capable of providing these types of services, must have a facility that can be utilized immediately. Rental Period is estimated to be 12 - 18 months. The proposed contract action is for rental services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses must be received by Close of Business, Monday, November 8, 2006 in order to be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
