Description: The Government is soliciting for approximately 14,500 square feet of office space and approximately 6,500 square feet of special space for a total of 21,000 net rentable square feet with secured parking for approximately 20 vehicles. This space will be located within a five-mile radius of the Philadelphia International Airport on or before July 1, 2007. This proposal will be open for 30 days with proposals due by November 17, 2006. The term of the lease will be for 5 years with a (1) 5-year renewal option on 90 days notice. The solicitation will be evaluated in order of priority: location, security, cost.
