Description

The US Geological Survey is seeking conference facilities in the Eastern Region of the United States for an Information Technology Exchange Meeting. Facility must be in a city with major airport accessability for main airlines. Facility shall be in walking distance to restaurants, shops, ameneties. The 5-day conference is for approximately 350 participants and will require night accomodations. Rooms shall be single occupancy and be within Government per diem rate. All hotel and conference facilities that meet one of the below dates and size of facility are invited to send brochures and capability statements to accomodate the group.
