Description
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Office of Human Capital is requesting a Capabilities Statement is to provide Residential Training Facilities, Lodging, Audio Visual Equipment, and Services for the Transportation Security Administration Leadership Training. The Foundations of Leadership classroom component is an instructor-led training experience that consists of guided discussions, group activities, and experiential exercises. There are twenty-five (25) course participants in each class session, and the training is conducted by two (2) instructors. Overnight lodging accommodations must be suitable for adult learners attending corporate training sessions. The facility must have on-site recreational options such as a gymnasium or exercise room with exercise equipment. Check-in front desk facilities to assist course participants and the facility must accept all major credit cards. Below you will find a description of services to be procured: 1)Shuttle service to transport participants to local stores, malls, and or public transportation systems; 2)Single occupancy overnight accommodations; 3)Internet access; 4)Meeting space; 5)Parking; 6)Audio-Visual capabilities; 7)Training Room 8)Break out room(s); 9)Conference services; 10)On-site security; 11)ADA compliant;and 12)Compliant with FEMA, Fire Prevention and Control Guidelines One course offering each month, will be conducted, precise locations have not been defined. This procurement requires concurrent sessions to be offered in one of the three (3) regions listed below: Eastern Region: District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Main, New Hampshire, and Vermont Central Region: Washington, Montana, Oregon, Idaho, Wyoming, Nevada, California, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, and Arizona Western Region: Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Chicago, Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Iowa, Nebraska, Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, South Dakota, and North Dakota Example: Ten (10) concurrent sessions may be conducted in the Eastern Region in one month. The next month, the ten (10) concurrent sessions would be conducted in the Central Region, and the following month, ten (10) additional sessions would be conducted in the Western Region. The rotation would begin again, with the next ten (10) concurrent sessions offered in the Eastern Region. The point of contact for this Sources Sought Notice is Karen Carter.
