- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotes must be received by 1400 (2:00 pm) EST 27 October, 2006. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is FA4814-07-CB-002 and is a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-09. This procurement is set-aside 100% for a Small Business and falls under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) classification 485510, Charter Bus Services (size standard $6,000,000). The Government intends to evaluate quotes and issue a Purchase Order for the following: Services Required: Coach Bus Transportation Services ? Minimum of 15 large coach buses (47 or more passengers) with drivers to pick up personnel from the Army Ramp at the Orlando International Airport and transport them within the Orlando, FL area. Quotes should include all costs including gas, parking, driver gratuities, ext. for the following days and hours of service: 28 October, 2006 ? 4 hours of Transportation Services 29 October, 2006 ? 10 hours of Transportation Services 1 November, 2006 - 10 hours of Transportation Services Provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The following addenda is provided to this provision: Request for Quotation should be submitted and shall contain the following information: SOLICITATION NUMBER; NAME; ADDRESS; TELEPHONE NUMBER OF OFFEROR; TOTAL PRICE, AND BREAKDOWN OF PRICE PER HOUR, ANY DISCOUNT TERMS AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ALL SOLICITATION AMENDMENTS. Quotes must indicate quantity, unit price and total amount. Offerors that fail to furnish any of the required information, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration. EVALUATION/AWARD: Award will be made to lowest offer that is technically acceptable. All offerors MUST BE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTERED (CCR).
