Description: The Forest Service will be issuing a solicitation for the construction of on-site and off-site utilities, intersection, access road and parking for the Truckee Public Service?s Center in Truckee, California. The cost range will be from $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. The project will involve coordinating LEED? features for the ultimate certification of the associated office building project. Construction scheduling will be tailored to allow for the cleanup of hazardous materials by others. There will be a site visit for interested parties at 1 PM PST on November 8, 2006.
