- The USPTO intends to procure Broadband Management Services on a firm fixed price basis. This is a Commercial Items solicitation and is being conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The requirement is for a base year and four 12-month option periods. An indefinite delivery type contract is contemplated. The requirement is set aside 100% for Small Business competition. The NAICS code is 518111 and size standard is $23 Million. Requirements include initial provisioning, help desk support and invoice consolidation. For the base period, orders may be issued to provide broadband management services up to a maximum estimated quantity of 600 users. The estimated number of users that could be supported in option years is higher. The last option year has a maximum estimated quantity of 4600 users).
