- Description
- The Bay Pines VA Healthcare System, Bay Pines, Florida requires a Contractor to provide the facility, staffing, equipment and supplies required to perform off-site Radiation Therapy to eligible beneficiaries of the VAHS, in accordance with the statement of work in the solicitation package. All qualified offerors/firms who believe they can satisfy the solicitation requirements are invited and encouraged to provide their proposal. Offers, including options, shall be evaluated for fair and reasonable pricing, technical competency/capability to perform services and satisfactory past performance record. The Government anticipates award of a commercial item contract to the responsible offeror whose offer provides the best value to the Government. This is a Firm Fixed Price contract and this acquisition is unrestricted. The size standard for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 621111 is $9 Million. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. Contractors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining any amendments. All proposals must be returned to the address in block 9 of the SF 1449. This solicitation is being issued as a Commercial Item Acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12, and will be issued on or about October 31, 2006 with proposals due on or about November 20, 2006. The anticipated award date is on or before January 1, 2007.
