- This is a sole source to Smith Aerospace LLC. (Cage Code 058R3) Reference- Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Requirement is a Firm Fixed Price for NSN: 6680-01-442-188GC, P/N: 92807-52-002, Noun: Indicator Liquid Quantity, APPL: UH-1 Helicopter. This requirement is for a basic quantity of 2 EA. Destination: Robins AFB GA, Delivery: Is required (Six months after contract award date). A complete data package is not available to allow alternate sources to compete. The Government does not own the technical data. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation; request a solicitation from http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Approximate issue date of solicitation is 13 November 2006.
