Description

This is an update to initial sysnopsis dated 7 Jul 06. RFP is for Stevedoring & Related Terminal Services to be performed at Blount Island for the U.S. Marine Corps, Jacksonville, FL. S&RTS will include, (but not limited to) receiving, staging, car go preparation, onward movement (rail/truck/ship/convey) intra-terminal transfer, loading, and billing. The Offeror will arrange for and provide S&RTS, including all material and equipment, except those materials specified as Government Furnished in accor dance with the Performance Work Statement in the RFP. NAICS Code 488320 and Federal Supply Code (FSC) V114 will apply. Contract will be firm-fixed price, indefinite quantity with a period of performance of 4 years commencing 1 April 2007. RFP I s issue d 27 Oct 2006. The RFP is posted to the SDDC web site located at www.sddc.army.mil. Please click on Doing Business with SDDC, Solicitations, S&RTS Blount Island, Jacksonville, FL. RFP is issued on a full and open, un-restricted basis, and is available to all perspective offerors at this web site only.
