Description

The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a firm fixed-price contract for the following: Manage the procurement, delivery, and billing of Reclamation's Mid-Pacific Regional Office's Library Subscriptions. The services include negotiating prices for subscriptions, initiating new/renewals of subscriptions, handling billing of subscriptions, and acting as a liaison between publishers and Reclamation. This procurement is set-aside for Small Business concerns only. Solicitation 07SQ200048 will be posted to http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about November 9, 2006. The date for receipt of quotes is estimated to be November 27, 2006. The RFQ must be downloaded at the above website, no paper copy of this RFQ will be distributed. Prospective contractors MUST be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at http://www.ccr.gov to be eligible for award. Questions concerning this RFQ should be directed to Brenda Davis by email at bdavis@mp.usbr.gov. Responses should include the firm's Dun and Bradstreet number (DUNS) and Tax Identification Number (TIN). Firms should identify business size (i.e. small business, other than small business, etc.) in accordance with the size standard for NAICS Code 511120 which is 500 employees.
