- The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately one thousand, eight hundred (1,800) rentable square feet in the Commack/Hauppauge NY area. The delineated area is bounded as follows: North: Starting from the intersection of Route 66 (Deer Park Road East) and Route 25 (Jericho Turnpike), continue on Jericho Turnpike East which becomes Main Street to the intersection of Route 111 (Hauppauge Road). East: Starting from the intersection of Route 25 (Main Street) and Route 111 (Hauppauge Road), continue on Route 111 South which becomes Wheeler Road to the intersection of Route 100 (Suffolk Avenue). South: Starting from the intersection of Wheeler Road and Route 100 (Suffolk Avenue), continue on Suffolk Avenue West to Wicks Road and continue on Wicks Road South to Pine Aire Drive. Continue on Pine Aire Drive West to Executive Drive then continue on Executive Drive North to Long Island Avenue. Continue on Long Island Avenue West to the intersection of Route 231 (Deer Park Avenue). West: Starting from the intersection of Long Island Avenue West and Route 231 (Deer Park Avenue), continue on Route 231 North (Deer Park Avenue) to Route 66 (Deer Park Road East). Continue on Route 66 (Deer Park Road East) to the intersection of Route 25 (Jericho Turnpike). The space should yield approximately fifteen hundred (1,500) to sixteen hundred (1,600) BOMA usable square feet. Parking is required for two (2) vehicles. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm and should be fully serviced. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
