Description

The Contractor shall provide full Architect/Engineering Services as required to prepare complete drawings, specifications, cost estimates. To replace remaining RWG wire with new THHN wire, correct deficiencies identified in electrical study (added circuits to prevent wire tripping, upgrade of computer room power, etc.), trace branch circuits to comply with AWE, complete three year electrical test, and improve safety by adding site lighting in patient overflow lot for Cheyenne VAMC , 2360 E. Pershing Blvd. Cheyenne, WY 82001. All work must be designed within a construction price limit of $350,000. Area of consideration is limited to a 50 mile radius of Cheyenne, WY. Firms desiring consideration shall submit two (2) copies of SF 330 no later than 3:00pm (MST) November 30, 2006. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded. NAICS is 541310. Contract subject to the availability of FY 07 Funds. A/E selection criteria will include: (1) Professional qualifications necessary for performance of required services: (2) Specialized experience and technical competence of the A/E firm with similar type projects: (3) Past Performance on contracts with Government agencies: (4) Geographical location of A/E Firm: (5) Experience roles of key design personnel, specifically on related projects: (6) Cost Control and estimating effectiveness.
