Description

Solicitation N00421-07-T-0013 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This action is set aside for small business. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with C & S Antennas, Inc. For the part number listed below, under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. The manufacturer must be C & S Antennas, Inc. The contract line item numbers and descriptions are **CLIN 0001 Quantity 6 ea P/N CTM15 50 FT Antenna Mast, Telescopic, CLIN 0002 Quantity 6 ea P/N 33423 T-Bar Adapter, CLIN 0003 Quantity 6 ea P/N 33422 Half-Way-Up Adapter. Award is expected 14 Nov 2006. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 12 Nov 2006 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
