Description: Architect/Engineer services needed for the design of a number of project at the Des Moines division of the VA Central Iowa Health Care System. Planned projects which may be designed with this contract include radiology equipment site prep, general hospital remodeling, correction of fire/safety deficiencies, HVAC replacement, electrical and signal and exterior site work. The contract may be used for additional projects and trades not mentioned. A/E tasks may include planning, design, preparation of construction bid documents, construction period services, construction management, and updating facility records and drawings. Interested firms shall submit SF 330 for consideration. Design firms limited to the Greater Des Moines area.
