Description
This is a Sources Sought Announcement. This is not a request for proposal, quotation or bid. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers desires to identify 8(a), Hubzone certified, and service disabled veteran owned small business contractors capable of prov iding the services described below: The Government will use the responses to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Interested sources should respond with a capability statement, list of similar projects, and references, along with documentation of their socio-economic classifications. The objective is to provide specialized technical, management, analysis, coordination, and administration support to U.S. Army Environmental Center Acquisition and Technology (AT) Division with management of the National Defense Center for Environmental E xcellence. The contractor shall review management plans, test plans, resource utilization plans, demonstration plans, safety plans, quality assurance/quality control plans, equipment specifications, technical drawings, quality assurance project plans, technical data packages, technical reports, cost and performance reports, operation manuals, journal articles, technical and cost proposals; training materials, meeting minutes, seminar presentations, procurement requests, SOW modifications and other contract administrat ive changes for accuracy and make recommendations to the government. The contractor shall draft SOWs and cost estimates. The contract shall attend meetings, stay informed of project progress and any potential issues that may require technical, procedural, or contractual guidance. All interested sources should provide the required information stated above by mail, email or fax by 3:00 p.m., Local Time, 16 November 2006.
