Description
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT General Services Administration Seeks Leased Space in St. Augustine, Florida ***This is a Modification revising the delineated area and the response date.*** REQUIREMENT: The United States Government seeks to lease 7,306 rentable square feet yielding 6,353 ANSI/BOMA Square Feet of office and related use space. Space must be located in a prime commercial district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Subleases are not acceptable. DELINEATED AREA: The space will be located in the City of St. Augustine, Florida within the following boundaries: NORTH: Castillo Drive SOUTH: Old Moultrie Road (5A) where it intersects with Dixie Highway (Highway 1) to the Intracoastal up to Highway 312 EAST: Intracoastal Waterway WEST: Traveling from Castillo Drive west to Dixie Highway (Highway 1) to Highway 207 connecting to Highway 312 going East to Old Moultrie Road (5A) to where 5A intersects with Dixie Highway (Highway 1) REQUIRED: Twenty-Seven (27) parking spaces are required. Public transportation is required within two blocks of the space. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Security, Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. LEASE TERM: Term is for ten (10) years, with five (5) year firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges after the 5th year on sixty (60) days notice. Proposed occupancy date is May 1, 2008.
