- This is a Combined Synopsis Solicitation for a Commercial Item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart12.6 as supplemented with informationin this notice. This procurement is set aside for Small Business. All responsiblesources may submit an offer. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and proposal. A separate solicictation will not be issued. Solicitation number N0007407RC06002 applies and is issued as arequest for proposal. The closing date is: 20 November, 2006. The closing time is: 0930 Pacific Standard time. This solicitation will documentAnd incorporate provisions and clauses as those in Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-8.The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is: 4522. The NAIC Code is: 481211. The acquisitionis being conductedin accordance with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition procedures, 100% set aside. This solicictation is F.O.B. destination. DESCRIPTION: To provide jump tickets for the Navy Skydive Team. The team must make number of parachutejumps to Enhance proficiency and safety. Lift tickets are provided for airlift of the Navy parachute team for the purpose of parachute jump training. Each load will be dropped at the highest altitude attainable with the legal VFR and Oxygen limitations.Training will be conducted in the San Diego area to include Otay Lakes private airport, or Brown Field. Training will be scheduled as needed. Period of performance: 08 DEC 2006 through 30 SEPTEMBER, 2007. all resonsiple sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
