Description

VA VISN 22 Network Logistics Office intends to negotiate a commercial item contract (FAR Part 12) for Bulk Liquid Oxygen through Request for Proposals (RFP) VA600-07-RP-0009MS. The Government intends to award a firm, fixed price contract for one year, with option to extend for four one year-increments, for delivery of the aforementioned product and related services to VA Long Beach Healthcare System, 5901 East Seventh Street, Long Beach, CA 90822. Among the services are provision of training for selected VA personnel and tank inspection, maintenance, and repair as dictated by regulations and conditions. The resultant contract may involve transfer of existing contractor-owned equipment to the vendor receiving contract award. This solicitation document, with incorporated provisions and clauses, will be made available via FEDBIZOPPS on or about November 28, 2006.
