- The solicitation number for this acquisition is FA4830-07-R-0001 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This acquisition was formerly under the solicitation number FA4830-06-R-0013. This solicitation is for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract which consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment and materials for site preparation, demolition, repair and construction of AIRFIELD PAVEMENTS at Moody AFB, Georgia. The North American Industry Classification System code is 237310. The small business size standard is $31 Million. Solicitation will be issued as a Performance Price Trade-Off (PPT) best value acquisition. Evaluation factors will be listed in the solicitation. Magnitude of proposed project is between the guaranteed minimum of $25,000 and maximum of $10,000,000 for the life of the contract. Solicitation includes a basic contract year and four (4) option years. The solicitation will be issued on or about 8 November 2006. This acquisition is unrestricted.
