Description

The Government intends to solicit and award a Cost-Plus-Award-Fee (CPAF)contract for a Base plus nine (9) Option Years for Mission Support Services (MSC)for the Joint Readiness Training Center (JRTC), Ft Polk, LA. The contractor shall provide techni cal, administrative, and operational services in support of JRTC Operations Group. The JRTC holds approximately ten (10) training rotations per year. The contractor shall staff and operate the Operations (OPS) Center and Command Post Exercise (CPX) faci lity. The contractor shall provide support in controlling the rotational exercises; replicating higher headquarters; and providing Training Analysis and Feedback Facility (TAFF) support. The contractor shall provide continuous sequential scenario exercis e planning, developing, and coordinating and will assist the JRTC in execution of rotations; provide plans and support documents; provide Data Management of all Rotational Training data including, but not limited to, collection analysis and development of feedback; provide Battlefield Effect replication and direct Fire Marking support; provide audiovisual and photographic support; provide equipment warehousing and issuance of Tactical Engagement System (TES)equipment; and provide personnel for role players as civilians on the battlefield. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this acquisition is 611699. The size standard for a small business concern is $6.5M. It is anticipated that the Request for Proposal (RFP)will be posted to FedBi zOps by the end of November. The complete solicitation will be available for download from FedBizOpps at www.Fedbizopps.gov. Paper copies will not be available. A site visit will be scheduled for early December; the precise date to be cited in the RFP.
