Description: The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Naval Air Warfare Center AD (NAWC-AD) has a need to increase the ceiling on contract N00421-04-C-0011. Contract N00421-04-C-0011 was competitively awarded to RED, Inc, Lexington Park, MD on 20 Nov 2003 for the procurement of technnical and engineering services in support of the Human Systmes Engineering Division of the Naval Air Systems Command. The current effort is to provide a $1,000,000 increased level of effort. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
