Description

All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered for this Request For Proposal. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available . This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The approved source is Trijicon Inc. (0FL29). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described section M of the solicitation. NSN 1240-01-514-8428 Item Description: Sight, Bore Optical. Manufacturer?s Code and Part Number: Trijicon Inc., (0FL29) PN TA31F. Delivery Requirement is 120 days. Unit of Issue: Each. The FOB point is destination and the Inspection and Acceptance points are destination. This solicitation will cover quantities ranging from 1 each to 600 each. The solicitation will open on November 27, 2006 and close December 27, 2006. See Numbered notes 1, 12 and 26
