- NSN: 6545-00-912-9860, CASE, MEDICAL INSTRUMENT AND SUPPLY SET, NYLON, NONRIGID, NO.2, 7-1/2 INCHES LONG BY 4-3/8 INCHES WIDE BY 4-1/2 INCHES HIGH. SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH MIL-C-303C DATED MARCH 8, 1979. UNIT OF ISSUE IS EACH. Delivery to the following Defense Depots: HILL AFB, UT (QTY 4000 EA) and SUSQUEHANNA DISTRIBUTION DEPOT, PA (QTY 4136 EA). Delivery shall be on or before March 8, 2007. Starting on November 27, 2006, copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil/home. From the Gateway homepage, select Search RFQs from the left-handed sidebar. Then choose the RFQ you wish to view. You must be registered in order to download RFQs.
