BUYER: LaVelle Barnett, (478)926-3438 Major preventive maintenance on each machine shall include: Check/adjust input, frequency converter, and counter supply voltages Align all major/minor axis mechanical and electrical settings Align all Z axis mechanical and electrical settings Inspect/replace all air fittings, safety switches, air regulators, coolant and air fittings Clean and grease lead screws Minor preventive maintenance shall include: Check/adjust input, frequency converter, and counter supply voltages Inspect/replace all air fittings, safety switches, air regulators, coolant and air fittings Clean and grease lead screws Contractor shall provide one unscheduled emergency service call per year for each machine and shall respond with 48 hours of the reported problem. Contractor shall provide a service report after each service to include description of discrepancies found and parts replaced.
