Description

PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE and SITE VISIT W912DS-07-R-0001 (Child Development Center, Fort Drum, NY) A pre-proposal conference in connection with the Request for Proposals (RFP) will be held on 17 November 2006 (Friday) at 09:00 AM at the Multipurpose Auditorium, Building # 10275, Fort Drum, New York, NY 13602. The building is located on North Riva Ridge Loop. The Point of Contact (POC) for this visit is Tony Felder or Jim Valianos at 315.772.9474. Gate access forms need to be FAXed to Mr. Felder or Mr. Valianos at 315-772-1566 (FAX) or emailed to Anthony.b.felder@nan02.usace.army.mil or james.j.valianos@n an02.usace.army.mil, no later than 13 November, 2006. The gate access form is located at the end of the 00800 section of each solicitation. Technical and administrative personnel will be on hand to discuss the requirement and answer questions. In order to expedite the discussions, prospective offerors are requested to submit written questions to reach the Contracting Office no later than 13 November, 2006, specifying the Section and Paragraph of the RFP for which clarification is desired. However, questions may be submitted at the conference. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING. Minutes of the conference proceedings, including questions and answers, will be provided to each attendee.
