- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the NSWC Division Crane. Amendment 1 This requirement is for a 5-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for IUADP, Electric Sub Assemblies, with a minimum/maximum quantity of 85/1590 H sets and 30/310 Q sets. Also required are first article units, which may be waived if the contractor has made same or similar items accepted by the Government. Contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration database and must be certified under the Joint Certification Program in order to receive the technical package. Other requests to receive the data shall be referred to Commander, Code 0562NN, NSWC Crane, Indiana 47522-5001. Delivery is required F.O.B. Destination. The Government intends to award to the responsible contractor whose offer is the best value to the Government considering past performance and price related factors. The solicitation will be available on or about 4 December 2006 at the following address: http://www.crane.navy.mil/acquisition/synopcom.htm. All cha nges to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to Crane web site, FedBizOpps and NECO. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor the Crane web site, FedBizOpps and NECO. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award. ?No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed?.
