- CSC Applied Technologies LLC (CSC) contemplates issue of an Invitation For Bid (IFB) for Construct/Repair Perimeter Fence at Vance AFB, OK as solicitation number IFB101B. Funds are not currently available for this solicitation and have not been promised or guaranteed. There shall be no legal liability on the part of the Government or CSC should funding not be provided. In the absence of funding no contract will result. CSC reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the opening date in the absence of funding. Offerors will be required to provide for an acceptance period of 60 calendar days from Bid Opening. Bid bond in an amount of 20% of offer, issued by an acceptable surety listed in Federal Circular 570, must accompany all offers that exceed $25,000.00 and will be held for the entire acceptance period should funds not be readily forthcoming. It is recommended that offerors carefully consider the impact on their bonding capacity for the applicable acceptance period if an offer is anticipated. The Project consists of the addition of approximately 7000 linear feet of chain-link Perimeter Fencing with 6? deep and 18? wide concrete mow strip, concrete drainage structures, a 30 foot two panel gate and approximately twelve 6? pipe bollards to be installed across a city roadway. The fence has an overall height of 7 feet being made up of 6 feet of chain link fabric topped with a one foot tall section of three strands of barbed wire on outriggers. Also provide other work in accordance with the plans and specifications to provide a complete project. NAICS 238990, Small Business Set Aside, Small Business Size $13M.
