Description

Kuwait, Camp Arifjan has a requirement to provide Laundry Service from 0700  1900, 7 days a week for five (5) US Camps . This requirement includes all laundry and Dry cleaning services for military uniforms, bedding, sleeping bag, socks, towels, p ersonal clothing, shirts, pants, under garments, etc,. The contractor shall be responsible for receiving, processing and returning all organizational and personal items tendered for cleaning. The service shall include pickup/delivery; loading, unloading, segregating, transporting, counting and obtaining necessary documentation for pick up or delivery. The government estimates 001 Personal Items (socks, towels, personal clothing, shirts, pants, under garments, 1 to 15 items per bag), Quantity Each 4,368,00 0 bags per year, Organizational Bulk Items Per Year, 002 Bed Sheets, Quantity Each 16,000; 003 Pillow cases Quantity Each 14,000; 004 Wool Blankets, Quantity Each 7,000; 004 Towels, Quantity Each 1,249,580; 005 Sleeping Bags, Quantity Each 42,000. The per iod of performance shall be for one (1) Base Year of 12 months and two (2) 12 month option years. This solicitation will result in an Indifinite-Quanity (ID-IQ) Contract. The Contractor shall comply with all U.S. and Kuwaiti laws in the performance of this requirement.
