- This proposed procurement is Total Small Business. NAICS Code 454390, size standard $6.5 million. Services consists of Rental of Water Cooler, supply bottle water services to include paper cups/cones at various buildings throughout Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. Date of award through 30 September 2007. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be use d to evaluate offers: Quality of Product, Quoted Price, and ability to meet delivery schedule.
