- Description
- The U.S. Military Academy, Department of Public Works of West Point, New York intends to award a Requirements type Construction contract for Painting of Interior Family Housing Quarters, located at the United States Military Academy (USMA), West Poin t, New York 10996. Work consists of painting by the unit and painting by the Square foot, trim, priming, painting ceilings, walls, screening floors and polyurethane for floors. The estimated cost range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 for a base year and four option year periods. This procurement is limited to 8a certified businesses in the New York and New Jersey districts. The applicable NAICS Code is 238320 with a small business size standard of $13 million. All responsible offerors may submit one proposal to be considered. Detailed information for this effort shall be provided in its entirety on the forthcoming solicitation.
