Description

American Falls Fire Station: Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, material, equipment and supplies necessary to construct American Falls Fire Station. Work includes crew quarters, engine shed and site improvements including utility connections. The project is located in American Falls, Power County, Idaho. The estimated price range is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This requirement is open to both large and small businesses under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The anticipated period of performance is 300 calendar days (Schedule A) and 320 calendar days (Schedule A + Schedule B) after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bonds will be required as follows: Bid Guarantee - 20% of the bid price, Payment and Performance bonds - 100% of the contract price. The solicitation will only be available by electronic posting at www.fedbizopps.gov and the specification and drawings will only be available by compact disk. Bidders will be required to print the bidding documents for submission of their bids. To obtain a disk, submit a written fax request to 303-236-0590. The solicitation documents will be posted on or about November 27, 2006. Contractors are required to register or update their registration at the Central Contractor Registration website at www.ccr.gov in order to receive a contract award under this solicitation, and register or update their registration at the Online Representation and Certification Application website at http://orca.bpn.gov
