Description

Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Design-Build and Construction contract at Okinawa, Japan. MACC is a contract for execution of a broad range of maintenance, repair, and minor construction and may include design. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, appliances, and materials necessary to perform work. Individual task orders may range between $100,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. The program value is Not-To-Exceed $100,000,000.00 over a five-year period. Each contract award will contain a basic 12-month period and four 12-month option periods. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. AWARDS CAN ONLY BE MADE TO FIRMS LICENSED TO OPERATE IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (05-JUL-2006).
