Description: Subject solicitation for Commercial Item components to build MIL-C-55181/1-03, 55181/3-03 and 55181/7-03 at UNICOR Phoenix, AZ. This will be a five year, fixed price Requirements type contract, with EPA. It is the intent of the Government to acquire new vendors to supply components listed in this solicitation for QPL certification through UNICOR Phoenix. Components will be requested from vendors that are not QPL certified. Suppliers that are already QPL certified will not be required to send components. Priced proposals will be requested only from those qualified offerors whose components pass all testing and after all technical evaluation has been completed. This solicitation will be posted no later than November 24, 2006.
