- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Charleston, SC intends to award a sole source modification to Contract N65236-06-D-7868 to continue with engineering and technical services in support of Armed Forces Health Longitudinal Technology (AHLTA) Application Local Cache upgrade, integration, and functional testing of software builds 837, 838, and 841. The Government intends to increase the award ceiling on an existing Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee sole source contract. The modification will be issued on a sole source basis to Integic/Northrop Grumman Corporation of Chantilly, VA, who is the sole developer of the AHLTA System and has the expertise and proprietary data rights to continue with the engineering and technical services necessary to complete the project. This notice is not a request for competetive proposals. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541330 with a size standard of $23 million applies.
