The notice of 11/15/2006 is modified as follows: The paragraph entitled CONSIDERATION OF APPLICANTS is corrected to read as shown below. In addition, an MS Word version of the questionnaire is now available. See text that follows. All other parts of the 11/15/2006 notice remain in effect as published. CONSIDERATION of APPLICANTS: Interested individuals are to submit their qualifications in resume format, to be accompanied by a completed CBP - QUESTIONNAIRE FOR INTERMITTENT CONTRACTOR available at FedBizOpps at: http://www.fbo.gov/spg/DHS/USCS/PDDC20229/CBP%2DIC%2D2007%2D1/Attachments.html. A copy of the questionnaire is available at the above website in both MS Word and Adobe PDF format. Unfortunately, the PDF format does not permit online completion. In order to ensure that full consideration is given, applicants are encouraged to review the form OF-612, available at http://www.opm.gov/Forms/pdf_fill/of612.pdf. A copy of the 2002 version available at the above website at the time this notice was published is also available at FedBizOpps. Applicants are encouraged to review the information and topics covered on the OF-612 form and ensure that their resumes contain the same data elements that appear in that form. Applicants should NOT use the form OF-612 for the purpose of submitting an application, however. Resume packages (i.e., resume & completed questionnaire) will be accepted by e-mail only.
