- Lease of fifty four (54) furnished corporate apartments. The following apartments are needed for a six (6) month period and an optional period of six (6) months. Quantities of apartments, 1. Twenty (28) one (1) bedroom apartments, 2. Twenty (20) two bedroom apartments, 3. Six (6) three bedroom apartments. The lease period of the apartments will be December 1, 2006 through May 31, 2006 with an optional six (6) month period. This contract is unrestricted. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 531110, $6.5 mil. Offerors must are reminded that you must be registered and currently active with the Central Contractor Registration. To be eligible for award.(http://www.ccr.gov) , All apartments will be fully furnished to include the following: Weekly maid service, change linens, sweep, dust, mop, clean tubs, toilets, counters, blinds, make beds, clean sinks, clean microwave, take out trash. Clean refrigerator when personnel moves out. Maintenance/management must be available 24 hours a day. Two Keys per unit, one mailbox key. Living room/dining room,will have, sofa with accent pillows, love seat, cocktail table, 2 end tables, 2 lamps, 2 art pieces, tv stand, 25? tv with remote, VCR, Dining table/chairs, table settings, artwork. Master&second bedroom will have. Queen bed, Queen Headboard, dresser and mirror, 2 night stands, 2 lamps, artwork, sheet sets, pillows, blankets, comforter, pillow shams, dust riffle, mattress pad, clock radio, telephone, clothes hangers. Bathroom will have the following, ironing boards, iron, vacuum cleaner, candles/holders, broom/dustpan. House wares, Bath & hand towels, wash cloths, bath rug, soap, dish/tumbler, shower curtain, vanity basket, toilet brush, toiletry basket. Kitchen equipped, 8 settings of dinnerware, flatware, glassware, wine glasses, coffee mugs, 7 piece set of cookware, silverware tray, utensil set, electric can opener, tea kettle, light bulbs, coffee maker, toaster, water pitcher, telephone, cutting board, serving platter, sets of measuring spoons and cups, kitchen towel set, 7 piece knife set, salt and pepper set, napkins and rings, place mats, cork screw, wire wisk, vegetable peeler, colander, storage bowls, microwave set, cookie sheet, set of cooking and serving spoons, steak knives, sponges trash can and ash trays. Award will be made to firm whose quote is most advantageous to the government based on price. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The following FAR clauses and provisions apply to this acquisition.
