Description
The Pocatello ATCT is located on the Fort Hall Indian Reservation of the Shoshone-Bannock Tribe. Attached are the TERO (Tribal Employment Rights Organization) Contractor Packet and the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes Business License. Any contractor wishing to perform any trade, business, profession or commercial activity of any sort on the Fort Hall Indian Reservation must obtain a business license under the Business License Act of 1992. Contractors will also be required to submit an acceptable compliance plan indicating how it will comply with the Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance before commencing work within the exterior boundaries of the Fort Hall Reservation. A sample Compliance Plan is attached. Screening information allows the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to determine which offeror(s) will provide the FAA with the best value. The FAA has appointed an Integrated Product Team (IPT) who will evaluate each response received and make a selection of qualified offerors based on the evaluation criteria established in the SIR. The SIR evaluation process may involve face to face negotiations with one or more offerors. The intent of these negotiations is for the FAA evaluators, or IPT, to gain a better understanding of the proposed project and/or to clarify evaluation information submitted by the offeror(s). All offerors that are eliminated from the competition will be notified in writing. Description of Work: This project includes, but is not limited to: ??? HVAC Work ??? Seal Building ??? Security and Access Control ??? Light Gun replacement ??? Tower Cab Console Work ??? Elevator Work (repaint, replace carpet) ??? Cab Ceiling Tiles (replacement) ??? Air Traffic Manager's Office (replace carpet, ceiling tiles) ??? Repaint Facility Project Size: $150,000.00 - $275,000.00 Requests for the solicitation package must be submitted in writing to Angela Mihalek, FAA, ANM-53, 1601 Lind Ave., SW, Renton, WA 98057; by fax at: (425) 227-1055; or by email at: Angela.Mihalek@faa.gov A Site Visit will be held at the Pocatello ATCT on January 5th, 2007, at 1pm (local time). CLAUSES AND PROVISIONS 3.3-1 Clauses and Provisions Incorporated by Reference (September 2002) This screening information request (SIR) or contract, as applicable, incorporates by reference one or more provisions or clauses with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. This percentage may be reduced by a supplemental agreement to this contract if, during performing the work, the Contractor requests a reduction and the Contracting Officer determines that the reduction would be to the advantage of the Government. Prospective offerors are hereby notified that employees of A.I.M. Incorporated, a private contractor to the Government, may be used in evaluating offers received under this SIR.
