Description

Construction of a 300 member 40,065 SF Army Reserve Center (ARC), a 5,678 SF Organizational Maintenance Shop (OMS) and a 1,788 SF Unheated Storage Building (UHS). The ARC and OMS buildings will be permanent construction with reinforced concrete foun dations and floors, structural steel frames, insulated concrete tilt-up panels, brick veneer, with asphalt shingle roof system on cross vented deck. The UHS will be pre-engineered metal building. Mechanical, electrical, and information systems are includ ed. Support facilities will include paving, fencing, site improvements, extension of utilities to serve the project and detention basins. The performance period is 540 days. The estimated cost range if $10-25 Million. The NAICS Code 236220. Approximat e issue date is 08 December 2006 and the proposal due date is 24 January 2007 at 4:00 PM Louisville Local Time.
