Description

REQUIREMENT: The United States Government is seeking to lease approximately 1,778 BOMA Rentable Square feet (yielding at least 1,547 usf) of office and related space in a single building in Buffalo, New York. The office should be located on one floor and not be located on the ground floor or the top floor of any building. Access to the office space and parking should be on a 24 hour basis. In addition the Government requires two (2) secure parking spaces within two blocks of the office space. LOCATION: All properties submitted to the Government must be located within the Central Business District as follows: Michigan on East, Tupper on North, Elmwood on West, and 190 on South. LEASE TERM: Five (5) years with the option to renew for an additional five (5) years. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST BE IN WRITING NO LATER THAN 11/27/2006 AND SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: 1. Building name & address 2. Contact information and e-mail address of lessors representative 3. BOMA rentable & office area SF available (with common area factor) 4. Asking rental rate range per RSF (based on GSA warm lit shell and tenant improvement allowance of $47.72 per USF) 5. If the building is being built, please provide detailed information on when it is expected to be available for occupancy.
