NOTE!! THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION IAW FAR 5.203(A)(1)&(2). PLEASE SEE FULL SOLICITATION HQ0423-07-T-0003 FOR REQUIREMENT AND EVALUATION INFORMATION. APPLICABLE NAICS CODE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT IS 541519 ILO 519190 The Defense Finance and Accounting Service-Indianapolis (DFAS-IN)has a requirement to obtain non-personal services contractor service support for the continued operation of DoD payment for transportation services. The Department of Defense is using an Electronic Data Interchange/Electronic Commerce (EDI/EC) network system designed to perform store-and-forward and other value-added functions associated with the exchange of inter-company and intra-company standard business documents using a suite of managed services. Successful contractor will develop and provide a list of managed services that are being provided to the Department of Defense to move data packets between trading partners within the X12 ANSI EDI application-application exchange environment of structured business data. The X12 ANSI standard that supplies that structure is primarily used in sending and receiving entitlement data to and from the Defense Transportation Payment System (DTRS).
