- The purpose of this Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) is to solicit proposals for the Department of Defense (DoD) Physical Science and Technology (S&T) Chemical and Biological Defense Program (CBDP). The goal is to explore new and innovative ideas to fill identified technology gaps. The solicitation is specifically for experimental and theoretical development of technologies for chemical and biological defense. Potential offerors are advised to read this announcement carefully. It explains the agency?s research needs upon which the topic is based and the terms and conditions of the solicitation.
